LPCB Speech on 2004-10-13

It is our great honors to have our dearest friends, the Technical Director of LPCB, Mr. Philip Field and the Technical Manger of LPCB, Mr. Chris Gill to deliver a speech on 13 October 2004 at the FSICA office, of which they has introduced the recent developments of the CE and LPCB approvals to those present including chairman of FSICA and some council members and interested parties.
