Dear all,

Recently, we have received several queries from our members regarding the recent request from FSD for Confirmation of Employment Status of Qualified Persons.

We have had an ad-hoc urgent meeting with FSD to discuss the issue this morning. We have exchanged views with FSD and expressed our concerns. We would like to hold a forum to exchange views about our concerns with all members.

The details of the forum are as follows:

Date: 18th July, 2007 (Wednesday)
Time: 6:00pm/8:00pm
Venue: Lecture Theatre Room, Vocational Training Council, VTC Tower
7 Wood Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong

Fees: one FOC seat for FSICA member company
HK$100@head (50% of non-member) for each additional seat
HK$200@head for Non-member
