第十一屆會員週年大會已於2005年9月16日(星期五)假座於尖沙咀美麗華酒店舉行。
根據本會章程，每屆理事會任期為兩年，故是屆週年大會無須進行選舉活動。當晚的議程包括：主席報告、核數師財政報告、通過聘用核數師、致送紀念品及發問時間。林煦基主席代表香港註冊工程公司商會頒贈紀念品給為本會服務三十載，並已榮休的名譽司庫梁志剛先生，以表謝意。
是晚出席的會員及同業多達168人，各會員及同業更於晚宴前酒會及席間互相交流，場面非常熱鬧。
在此，謹代表第十一屆理事會委員多謝各位的鼎力支持，各委員將會繼續為會員及同業爭取更多福利及為消防工程界作出貢獻。

本人謹代表第十一屆董事會(二零零四 至 二零零六年)成員通告來屆的會員大會即將召開，並多謝各會員在過去十二個月曾給予本會的支持。
本會於二零零五年九月十六日(星期五)召開會員大會，地點為九龍尖沙咀彌敦道118至130號，美麗華酒店PH樓(頂樓)之宴會廳舉行。
現隨函附上會員週年大會議程供各會員參考，會議將在下午準六時正開始。

I represent the 11th Council (year 2004-2006) and would like to notify you of the forthcoming AGM which is to be held and thank you for the support which you have given to the Association over the past twelve months.
The 11th AGM will be held on 16th September, 2005 (Friday), in the Miramar Ballroom on PH Floor (Roof Floor) of the Hotel Miramar Hong Kong, 118-130 Nathan Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon.
